yes, we ship through winter!

Plants ship Monday through Thursday of each week. This is to ensure orders do not sit idle in cold conditions on Sundays of each week.

Orders ship using 2-3 day USPS priority mail.

We provide the option to include a 72 hour heat pack with your purchase for $1.67. We sell our heat packs at cost to encourgage people to get them to protect the plants. We do not require you to purchase them, however we do not provide refunds or replacement for orders without heat packs which are damaged by cold.

All plants are insulated in packing paper and mylar heat blankets to protect against extreme temperature, regardless if heat packs are purchased or not.

We strive to provide the best customer service possible. If any of our plants arrived damaged in the mail, with the exception of cold damage in orders shipped without 72 hour heat packs, we will provide full or partial refunds as long as evidence of the damaged plant is submitted to us through our email within 48 hours of delivery.

Thanks to our small size, we are very flexible and can often accomodate by adjusting orders or taking requests with regards to the size, number of branches or other features of the plants we send to you.
